Privacy policy

Short version: this website has no analytics and sets no cookies, and our apps work offline and send nothing about you.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This website

  • No analytics, no trackers, no cookies. The site is plain HTML and CSS. It loads no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, and it does not set cookies or use local storage.
  • Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address and browser user agent, to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. That processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy. We do not use it to build profiles or track visitors.
  • Downloads. Downloading a file is an ordinary web request. We don't ask for your name or email to download anything.

Email

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you reported, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

Purchases

Paid products are sold through Gumroad, which processes the payment and acts as the seller of record. Gumroad shares with us the details needed to deliver and support your purchase, such as your email address and what you bought. We never see your full card details. Gumroad's own privacy policy covers what it collects.

LogMedic

  • LogMedic never sends your logs anywhere. Logs are read and analysed only on your PC. There is no telemetry, no account and no cloud AI.
  • It makes no network connections unless you turn on update checks. They are off by default; the first run asks once, with the box unchecked.
  • An update check is a single HTTPS request for a small static file. It has no query string, no cookies and no identifiers; the only header that varies is User-Agent: LogMedic/<version>.
  • Settings, the watch list and converted logs are kept in %APPDATA%\LogMedic on your PC.

Agent Floor

  • Agent Floor reads the log files Claude Code already keeps on your PC (%USERPROFILE%\.claude\projects). It never writes to them and doesn't talk to Claude Code.
  • It makes no network connections unless you turn on update checks. They are off by default. A check downloads a small version file and sends nothing about you or your PC: no cookies, identifiers or query strings, just the standard headers plus User-Agent: AgentFloor/<version>.
  • Its built-in viewer listens on 127.0.0.1 (your own machine) only. No accounts, no telemetry.
  • Speech bubbles show tool inputs as short summaries (file names, web domains), never file contents.
  • Preferences are saved in %APPDATA%\AgentFloor\settings.json on your PC.

Update checks and server logs

When you turn on update checks in either app, it fetches a file from updates.lampbench.com, which is hosted on Cloudflare. The apps send nothing that identifies you, but like any web request, the connection reveals your IP address to the host. We don't use update requests to count or identify users.

Children

Our products are tools for IT professionals and developers and are not directed at children.
