Applies to TS Splice 0.1.x beta. This is the same agreement included with the app.

TS Splice - Beta License Agreement
Copyright (c) 2026 Lampbench. All rights reserved.

By installing or using TS Splice ("the Software") you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree, don't use the Software.

1. License. Lampbench grants you a personal, non-exclusive,
   non-transferable license to use this beta of the Software for
   evaluation, until the expiry date shown in the Software. One license
   covers one person.

2. You may not:
   - copy, share, sell, rent, publish or redistribute the Software, or
     host it for others to download;
   - decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except
     where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
   - remove or change any copyright, license or expiry notice;
   - use the Software or its output to build a competing product.

3. Ownership. The Software is licensed, not sold. Lampbench keeps all
   rights, title and interest in it, including all copies.

4. Your data. The Software works offline on files on your computer and
   sends nothing to Lampbench or anyone else. You are responsible for
   reviewing every export before importing it into Configuration Manager
   and for testing it before production use.

5. No warranty. The Software is a beta, provided "as is", without
   warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability,
   fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
   Lampbench is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or
   consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or downtime, arising
   from use of the Software. Lampbench's total liability is limited to
   the amount you paid for the Software (zero for a free beta).

7. Termination. This license ends automatically on the expiry date, or
   if you break these terms. When it ends, stop using the Software and
   delete all copies.

8. Third-party components. The Archivo font is used under the SIL Open
   Font License (see OFL.txt).
