LogMedic licence agreement

This is the same agreement shown by the LogMedic installer.

LOGMEDIC BETA END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Lampbench ("Lampbench", "we") licenses the LogMedic software ("Software") to you under this
agreement. By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not
install or use it.

1. BETA LICENSE
   Lampbench grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and
   use this beta version of the Software free of charge for your own internal business or personal
   purposes during the beta period. The beta may end, and this beta version may stop being licensed or
   working, at the end of the beta period. Lampbench will give reasonable notice (for example in the
   Software, its update notes or at lampbench.com/logmedic) before the beta license expires.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not: (a) sell, rent, lease, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute the Software or
   any part of it; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the
   source code of the Software, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
   (c) remove or alter any notices in the Software; (d) use the Software to build a competing product.

3. YOUR DATA
   The Software analyses log files locally on your computer. It does not upload your logs. It makes no
   network connections unless you turn on update checks, which download a small version file and send
   nothing about you, your PC, or your logs. You are responsible for the logs you choose to open.

4. ADVICE ONLY - NO WARRANTY THAT DIAGNOSES ARE CORRECT
   Diagnoses, explanations, likely causes and suggested next steps produced by the Software are
   automated guidance only. They may be incomplete or wrong. Always verify them, and test any change,
   before acting on production systems. You are solely responsible for decisions and changes you make.

5. "AS IS"; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
   INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY
   AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BETA SOFTWARE MAY CONTAIN ERRORS AND MAY NOT WORK AS EXPECTED.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAMPBENCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
   SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, BUSINESS OR SYSTEM
   AVAILABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DIAGNOSES. LAMPBENCH'S TOTAL LIABILITY
   SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE (ZERO DURING THE FREE BETA).

7. TERMINATION
   This license ends automatically if you breach it, or when the beta license expires under section 1.
   On termination you must stop using and delete the Software.

8. TRADEMARKS
   LogMedic is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft. Microsoft, Configuration
   Manager, Intune and Windows are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.

9. GENERAL
   Governing law: [STATE/COUNTRY - TO BE COMPLETED]. This agreement is the entire agreement about the
   beta Software. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
